Section 41
Punishment Not To Be Counted
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the prevailing laws, the offence committed by a person during childhood shall not be counted while counting repeated offence pursuant to this Act or the prevailing laws, for the purposes of punishment.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in the prevailing laws, although any child commits an offence time and again, he or she shall not be subjected to additional punishment on the basis of repetition of the commission of the offence.
